Rotana Coffee Corporation Company uses only the highest quality organic Arabica beans, which we roast each day to freshly fulfill your orders. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately (within 30 days) so that we may resolve any issues.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
